Registration & Accommodation

• All registration fees exclude VAT. The VAT rate is 20%
• Registration is confirmed once full payment is received. For the confirmation of your registration, please send your receipt to the organization secretariat via e-mail after making your payment.

• Package prices include 3 nights accommodation, 14 November check-in and 17 November check-out
• To be able to enter the congress center between 15 - 17 November 2024 and benefit from the services within the hotel concept between 09:00 - 18:00 on the specified days, the participants who do not receive accommodation through the secretariat of the organization and only register and stay in the congress hotels offered by the secretariat, are in addition to the congress registration fees. 3 days package payments are required. Participants who do not pay this amount will not be able to enter the congress center. The external participation fee is 195 EUR for 3 days.

• Airport transfers will be organized as a group transfer on 14 November 2024 arrival and 17 November 2024 return. Round-trip airport transfer fee is one way 1.500 TL + 20% VAT.

• Flight changes and all transfer requests must be notified in writing 1 week before the congress.
