Certificates of participation will be distributed on 17 November 2024.

Invitation Letter/Permission Letter
Invitation letters to be requested to be given to institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation fees of the guests who have the invitation letter belong to them.

Crediting
The Turkish Medical Association Continuing Medical Education Crediting Board (STE) and the European Continuing Medical Education Accreditation Council (EACCME) will be applied for crediting all sessions of the congress.

Cancellation Conditions

Regarding registration and accommodation fee refunds:
All cancellations must be communicated to Serenas Tourism in writing. If notified by July 4, 2024, full refunds will be issued.
If notified between July 5, 2024 and August 5, 2024, 50% of the fees will be refunded.
Cancellations made after August 5, 2024, will not be considered.
All refunds will be processed within 1 month after the end of the conference.
